How many signatories should there be on a local Compact? Is there a minimum?

A: While we would expect a wide range of local groups and organisations follow the principles of local Compacts, who actually signs up to them them differs from place to place.
It may be that like the national Compact, signatories are limited to representatives signing on behalf of a wider group.
In other places, key organisations may individually sign up, and include representatives from a Council for Voluntary Service, local authority, police, fire, health, etc.
Who signs a local Compact (and indeed who contributes to a local Compact working group) should be based on what is right for the area and better partnerships.
